Cost of Attendance
Each student's cost to attend Ambex varies somewhat, depending on individual circumstances. These include personal spending habits, independent travel, etc. Your actual cost of attendance is the balance after financial aid is applied.
The Financial Aid Office uses the following budget as a guideline in awarding financial aid to most full-time students.

- Tuition includes Academic Tour and Field Trip expenses
- Room & Board includes lodging and three balanced meals per day (excluding individual/personal travel days/weeks).
- Fees fund selected museum entrance fees, services, technology, internet usage at the Regensburg Student Inn and Student Life.
- Personal Expenses includes estimated average cost for personal travel while at AMBEX.
- AMBEX has limited scholarship funds based on financial need.

Requirements for Admission
- Birth Certificate and U.S. Passport (click here for Passport info)
- Visa for students staying beyond 89 days
Note: AMBEX does not fall under German University or Hochschule accreditation standards or authorization. Therefore AMBEX students will not be issued a German Student Visa by the German government. As previously stated the German government treats AMBEX students as purely here on a 'Passport/Tourist' (90 day) experience. AMBEX partners solely with American Colleges and Universities and makes no inference or representation as being an approved or accredited German college/university. AMBEX students desiring to stay beyond 90 days in Germany should apply for an appropriate Visa through their nearest German Consulate in the USA.

- 2.5 GPA (cumulative)
- Physical exam (90-45 days prior to departure) - Highly recommended
- Proof of International Health and Liability Insurance coverage (cost is student's responsibility - minimum coverage of $50,000)
- Notification of any allergies and prescription medications or in need of special accommodations.

- December 1, 2011 - Security Deposit/Down Payment (applied towards room & board) nonrefundable
- Mail $400 downpayment to Corban University, mention "AMBEX Spring 2012" on the memo line.
- January 20 - Full Payment Due
